AIMIX (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. invites applications for a Service Engineer to provide after-sales support for construction machinery across Malaysia. You will perform on-site troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance, and build strong client relationships.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 1 year hands-on experience, ability to read drawings, and a valid Malaysian Class D driving license; travel is frequent and you will receive training and company-provided tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in construction machinery after-sales repair.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and diagnose hydraulic & mechanical faults independently.
• Possess valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D) and willing to travel frequently around Malaysia.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

Responsibilities

• On-site inspection, fault diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and simple electrical issues.
• Prepare complete service reports after each site visit; record spare parts consumption.
• Timely respond to customer after-sales enquiries and technical complaints.
• Explain machine operation and daily maintenance procedures to end customers.
• Coordinate with internal warehouse team for spare parts and service scheduling.
• Collect equipment failure feedback and report issues to headquarters.
• Maintain service tools and ensure site safety rules are followed.

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and simple electrical issues of equipment.

Prepare complete service reports after each site visit, record spare parts consumption.

Timely respond to customer after-sales enquiries and technical complaints.

Explain machine operation and daily maintenance procedures to end customers.

Coordinate with internal warehouse team for spare parts preparation and service scheduling.

About you

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
