Job summary

Career Wise in Penang seeks a technically skilled Field Service Engineer to support customers on-site, perform routine PMs and repairs, and troubleshoot complex equipment issues. You will train customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high equipment uptime.

Requires a Diploma/Engineering degree in Electronics or Mechanical, 1–2 years of servicing experience (semiconductor/electronics preferred), and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical or related Engineering field.
• 1–2 years servicing or maintenance experience.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with passion in field-service are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide technical support to customers in the field.
• Provide machine maintenance support includes repair and PM
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or other relevant Engineering
• At least 1-2 years working experience in servicing or maintenance field
• With experience in Semicon or Electronics industry will be preferred
• Fresh graduate who has passion in field-service line is encouraged to apply the job
