Job summary

MTSC Solution Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Service Support Engineer to join our team in Penang.

The role includes on-site and remote technical support, with a focus on hardware and application skills, plus troubleshooting and repair work. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronic engineering, with at least 1 year of related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome; driving license class D and willingness to travel are preferred.

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronic engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to travel and relocate; own car and driving license class D.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Required skill(s): test, debug, troubleshooting, technical support and service.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Own a car and driving license class D
• Willing to travel and relocate
• Training will be provided
• Able to work independently to complete task or job given
• Able to work as team with others
