Job summary

SCREEN SPE Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks Service Engineers to provide on-site installation, maintenance and service support for semiconductor equipment. Fresh graduates may apply. The role involves diagnosing equipment problems, repairs and adjustments, and working with customers to meet expectations.

Training is provided to support multiple equipment types, with travel as needed and occasional irregular hours to support customer needs.

Qualifications

SCREEN SPE Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is looking for Service Engineers to provide on-site installation, maintenance and service support for semiconductor equipment.

Service Engineers (Fresh Graduates may apply)

Service Engineers install, service, support, upgrade and maintain SCREEN equipment. Training is provided to support multiple equipment types. They perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments, diagnose equipment problems and repairs / adjustments, understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and extensive electro-mechanical troubleshooting on the equipment.

Desired Qualifications

• 1- Demonstrate ability to work effectively with team members and with customers.
• 2- Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.
• 3- Requires good communication skill, documentation and customer service skills.
• 4- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Role Summary

Being a Service Engineer, this person is to support the team in meeting customers’ expectation and company’s expectation. This person must be able to support machines and technically inclined. He is the direct support on machines at customers’ fab and the workforce to ensure customer satisfaction amongst our customers.
