Job summary

SCREEN SPE Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks Service Engineers to provide on-site installation, maintenance and service support for semiconductor equipment. Fresh graduates may apply. The role involves diagnosing equipment problems, repairs and adjustments, and working with customers to meet expectations.

Training is provided to support multiple equipment types, with travel as needed and occasional irregular hours to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Good communication, documentation and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience in cleanroom working condition preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to work irregular hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance and service support for SCREEN equipment.
• Support machines at customers’ fab and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Upgrade and troubleshoot equipment and assist in process development.
