Qualifications

• Internship or project experience with machinery, automation, robotics, manufacturing equipment, PLCs or vision systems welcomed.
• Interest in semiconductor equipment and field service engineering.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and commissioning of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Support equipment calibration, testing, and acceptance processes.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues under guidance from senior engineers.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
• Travel to customer sites within Malaysia and occasionally overseas.

About The Role

This role provides hands‑on exposure to semiconductor packaging equipment, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at customer sites.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with internship or project experience involving machinery, automation, robotics, manufacturing equipment, PLCs, vision systems, or maintenance are welcome
• Strong interest in semiconductor equipment and field service engineering
