The candidate will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes and bookings, coordinate service progress, and ensure accurate documentation and billing. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for client communication and building strong relationships with luxury-brand customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive warranty claims.
• Experience with Continental or luxury brands (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, etc.).

Job description

The Service Advisor serves as the key liaison between customers and the workshop team at Prestige Carcare Group, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the vehicle service and repair process.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, phone, email, and online customer enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues or complaints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support business operations.
• Understand customer vehicle requirements, prepare service quotations, job orders, service bookings, and obtain customer approvals for additional work when required.
• Coordinate and monitor vehicle service and repair progress, ensuring jobs are completed according to quality standards and within agreed timelines.
• Liaise with technicians, workshop personnel, and relevant departments to ensure efficient job allocation, repair quality, and accurate documentation.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after service, verify completed work, and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer collection
• Prepare, update, and maintain service records, invoices, job orders, customer information, and related documentation in the system.
• Process customer payments, issue invoices, and ensure accurate billing and administrative records.
• Conduct service reminders, follow-up calls, and promote relevant maintenance services, accessories, and value-added products.
• Explain completed repair and maintenance work to customers during vehicle handover and provide recommendations for future servicing.
• Support general administrative duties, filing, data entry, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
• Verify job order details, account codes, invoice recipients, and cost allocations before invoicing.
• Finalize job orders, prepare customer invoices, and ensure supporting documents are attached and properly filed.
• Receive and welcome customers, manage reception activities, and coordinate customer waiting arrangements.
• Handle payment collection, issue invoices and receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.

Requirements and skills

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive warranty claims. Experience specifically with Continental or Luxury brands (e.g., BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Ferrari) is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive mechanical/electronic components and the ability to interpret diagnostic logs.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential as the role requires communicating with Chinese-speaking clients.
