Job summary

Prestige Carcare Group is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience during vehicle service and repair.

The candidate will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes and bookings, coordinate service progress, and ensure accurate documentation and billing. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for client communication and building strong relationships with luxury-brand customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive warranty claims.
• Experience with Continental or luxury brands (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, etc.).
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, phone, email, and online inquiries with excellent service.
• Prepare service quotations, job orders, and bookings with customer approvals.
• Coordinate service and repair progress with technicians and departments.
• Process invoices, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
