Job summary

Prestige Carcare Group Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition / Hiring Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for the group across multiple branches including KL, Penang, Johor Bahru and Sabah.

You will work with HODs to understand manpower needs, publish ads across major platforms, source candidates proactively and coordinate offers and onboarding. Travel to other branches will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 2–4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with job portals, social media recruitment and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HODs to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Publish job adverts on JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn and social media.
• Proactively source candidates via portals, referrals, databases and career fairs.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare candidate profiles, interviews evaluations and salary recommendations.
• Conduct salary benchmarking to stay competitive.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and provide regular progress reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment documents, references and onboarding.
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities and recruitment agencies.
• Support recruitment campaigns, walk-ins and new branch openings.
• Monitor time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and offer acceptance.

The Talent Acquisition / Hiring Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring vacancies across the Prestige Car Care Group are filled within the required timeline.

The position will support recruitment for Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Sabah and other future branches.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, employment offers and onboarding.

Work closely with HODs to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Prepare and publish job advertisements across JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment platforms.

Proactively source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, career fairs and educational institutions.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.

Prepare candidate profiles, interview evaluations and salary recommendations for Management’s approval.

Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure job offers remain competitive.

Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and provide regular hiring progress reports.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and frequently hired positions.

Coordinate employment offers, pre-employment documents, reference checks and onboarding arrangements.

Develop relationships with colleges, universities, recruitment agencies and other talent sources.

Support recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews and new branch opening activities.

Monitor recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and offer acceptance rate.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Company policies and employment regulations.

Travel to or work temporarily at other branches when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Experience handling high-volume recruitment will be an added advantage.

Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills.

Familiar with job portals, social media recruitment and applicant tracking systems.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage when liaising with Mandarin-speaking candidates and Management.

Proactive, target-driven and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Willing to travel and support recruitment activities in Penang, Johor Bahru, Sabah and other future branches.

Experience recruiting for the automotive, retail, service or multi-branch industry is an added advantage.
