Job summary

Ming Heng Motor Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Sales Adviser to promote and sell new vehicles while achieving individual targets. You will deliver excellent customer service, build lasting relationships, generate leads daily, and guide customers through the sales process from first contact to delivery.

Key skills include strong communication, negotiation, closing, upselling, and cross-selling.

Job Requirements

Previous sales experience in the motor trade/automotive industry or a related sales industry is an advantage.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving sales results.

Strong sales, closing, upselling, and cross-selling abilities.

Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License.

Willing to work flexible hours and put in extra hours when required.

Technology savvy with good knowledge of digital tools and online sales platforms.

Comfortable using digital platforms to generate leads and promote vehicles.

Positive attitude, hardworking, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
