Job summary

Ban Lee Heng Motor Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Service Adviser to manage daily service needs, appointments, and CSI duties within our automotive service team.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, effective communication, and coordination with workshop staff. The ideal candidate will have a diploma related to automotive or business, at least 1 year in automotive service, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in automotive/ mechanical/ Business/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in automotive-related business or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to speak proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer daily service needs as compliance to SST procedures.
• Registration and control of service appointments.
• Promoting service and parts sales.
• Execution of CSI related duties and responsibilities.
• Co-ordinate with Job Controller / Foreman on work progress status & inform any delay to customer accordingly.
• Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct 1 day before appointment reminder to customer.
• Conduct post service follow up with customers to measure customer satisfaction and take improvement activities.
• To regularly update customer's parts status in Part Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS).
