Job summary

UNITE AUTOMOBILE SDN BHD(Ulu Tiram) is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary link between customers and workshop technicians. You will greet customers, listen to vehicle issues, manage service bookings, and open Work Orders to start repairs.

You will walk around vehicles, review service history, warranties, and recalls, propose scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs, obtain quotes and approvals, and keep customers informed about progress, delays, and final invoices to ensure high

Qualifications

• Basic vehicle mechanical knowledge and understanding of service schedules.
• Strong communication, customer service, and upselling skills.
• High discipline, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, listening to vehicle issues, and managing service bookings
• Conducting vehicle walk-around checks, reviewing service history, warranties, and recalls, and opening Work Orders
• Recommending scheduled maintenance, suggesting necessary additional repairs, and getting customer approval on quotes

• Explaining the invoice clearly and handing over the completed vehicle
• Contacting customers after service to ensure satisfaction and maintain high CSI scores
