Job summary

Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad is seeking a workshop service coordinator to assist customers whose vehicles enter the workshop for repair. You will issue Repair Orders and suggest appropriate solutions.

You will also distribute Repair Orders to mechanics, monitor progress to meet schedules, ensure timely, well-documented reports and warranty claims, and strive to deliver service that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ vehicle that coming into workshop for repair; issuing Repair Order and recommend appropriate solution.
• Distribute Repair Order to mechanic to perform the repair; consistently monitor and follow-up on the work progress to ensure completion on schedule.
• Ensure prompt submission of well documented technical reports and warranty claims within approved guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time and exceed customers’ expectation in service delivery quality.
