Job summary

EVOLVELECTRIC MOTORS SDN. BHD. is seeking a customer-focused service advisor to assist customers through vehicle service and repair, explain issues and required work, and contribute to a smooth workshop flow.

You will prepare quotations, ensure accurate invoicing, keep customers updated on progress, and conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, while coordinating appointments and supporting the head of department.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers professionally and provide assistance throughout the service and repair process.
• Prepare service and repair quotations based on the required work and customer requests.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for all services and repairs carried out in accordance with Company and Principal guidelines.
• Explain vehicle issues, recommended repairs, and service requirements clearly to customers.
• Keep customers updated on the progress and status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
• Conduct post-service follow-up calls with lorry customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments to ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HOD or immediate superior.
