Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer-facing service role in the workshop environment. You will welcome customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and prepare repair orders, quotations, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with technicians on diagnosis and repair progress, update customers on status, and obtain approvals for additional work. Ensure timely delivery with excellent service and follow-up for satisfaction.
