Job summary

Tan Chong Industrial Equipment in Malaysia is seeking a customer service/workshop support role to greet customers, receive vehicles for servicing or repair, and open repair orders. Based in Johor Bahru, you will handle cost estimates and quotations for maintenance or repairs, and ensure invoices are issued upon job completion.

You will also support daily workshop operations, provide customers with progress updates, and prepare technical reports for warranty or claim purposes.
