Job summary

Tan Chong Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a workshop service advisor to manage repair orders and coordinate with mechanics. You will ensure timely completion, document technical reports, and handle warranty claims while maintaining high service quality for customers.

Responsibilities include accurate order issuance, progress monitoring, and meeting promised delivery times to exceed customer expectations in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Attend to customers’ vehicles entering the workshop for repair.
• Issue Repair Orders and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Distribute Repair Orders to mechanics and monitor progress to ensure on-time completion.
• Submit technical reports and warranty claims within guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time and meet service standards.
