Recengine Auto Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer‑focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact for servicing, warranty and repair matters, arranging appropriate service and repairs, and setting clear customer expectations.

You will promote service and parts, manage appointments including recalls and maintenance, communicate with customers, handle complaints, follow up after servicing, and ensure proper documentation and high satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum SPM or equivalent related experience.
• At least two years of working experience in automotive would be an advantage; fresh graduates encouraged as training will be provided.
• Must possess a valid driving license (Class D).
• Good knowledge of car components.
• Hands-on, details oriented and dedicated.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a multitasking environment.
• Computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, arrange for appropriate service/repairs, and set/manage customer expectations regarding service delivery
• To attend customer on servicing/warranty/repair requirement
• To promote service and parts recommendation items
• Managing appointments and scheduling of recalls, warranties, repairs, and maintenance.
• To communicate with customer and handle customer complaint
• To conduct post servicing Follow Up
• Ensure proper documentation is in accordance to vehicle possession
• Ensure high customer satisfaction standard and maintaining good customer relations
• To assist in managing fleet at the most cost-effective level and financial objectives are met as per guidelines & budgeted by company
• Perform final check for delivery by conducting on-vehicle check of work done.
• Clear job explanation of work done during delivery of vehicle to customer.
• To perform any other duties as assigned.
