Job summary

HINO Q AUTO SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations and ensure a smooth workflow. You will attend to customers, understand their vehicle concerns and recommend suitable repair or maintenance services.

You will coordinate with mechanics, conduct basic vehicle inspections, prepare quotations and explain costs, monitor progress, follow up with customers, and help supervise workshop staff. Training is provided at the Johor Jaya branch.

• Attend to customers, understand their vehicle concerns and recommend suitable repair or maintenance services.
• Prepare quotations and explain repair costs and service recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with mechanics and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspection and communicate technical issues to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding repair status, additional services and vehicle collection.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Monitor service quality and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
• Assist in supervising workshop staff and coordinating daily tasks.
• Support sales activities, service packages and upselling when required.
• Handle other duties related to workshop operations as assigned）

Job description

Working time: 9am to 6pm (with a day off per week)

Requirements

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

Remarks

Will be training at the Johor Jaya branch.
