White Butter is looking for friendly, energetic Servers / Service Crew to join our front-of-house team in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens with English and Bahasa Melayu proficiency. Flexible shifts include weekends and holidays; duty meals and statutory contributions are provided, with clear promotion paths to senior roles.

Qualifications

• Malaysian Citizenship (MyKad) required.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail customer service is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsabilités

• Guest Service: Greet guests and present menus with recommendations.
• Order Management & POS: Take orders accurately using POS and relay dietary requests to the kitchen.
• Food & Beverage Delivery: Deliver orders, ensure presentation, refill drinks as needed.
• Table Maintenance: Clear and sanitize tables between courses and reset dining areas.
• Cashiering & Billing: Handle payments and balance cash at end of shift.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.

Position Overview

White Butter is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers / Service Crew to join our front-of-house team. You will be the face of our dining space, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, seamless, and memorable meal.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, prepare their table, present menus, and offer menu recommendations with clear descriptions of specials and ingredients.

Order Management & POS: Accurately take food and drink orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system and communicate any special dietary requirements to the kitchen team.

Food & Beverage Delivery: Deliver orders promptly, verify plate presentation against kitchen standards, and refill drinks or provide extra condiments as requested.

Table Maintenance: Clear dirty plates, utensils, and glasses promptly between courses, sanitize tables, and reset dining areas efficiently for incoming guests.

Cashiering & Billing: Handle payments, process credit card/e-wallet transactions, and balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.

Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain strict front-of-house cleanliness, uphold food safety and hygiene guidelines, and assist with opening/closing checklists.

Requirements & Qualifications

Nationality: Must be a Malaysian Citizen (holding MyKad).

Experience: Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail customer service is a plus; enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcome to apply (on-the-job training provided).

Communication: Conversational proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu

Availability: Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Attributes: Punctual, proactive, well-groomed, and capable of working calmly in a fast-paced environment.
