Job summary

CHEF WAN GROUP OF RESTAURANTS is seeking a friendly Host / Service Crew to welcome guests and manage seating, orders, and basic inquiries. You will primarily assist Mandarin-speaking guests and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth dining experiences.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in F&B or customer service, with Mandarin and English communication. This role requires a proactive, customer-oriented mindset and availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English; other languages are an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable serving international guests, particularly Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates with good Mandarin communication skills are encouraged to apply.
