Job summary

Goodwill Square (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Admin Clerk for our Tanjung Malim, Perak warehouse. You will support daily documentation and data entry, ensuring records are accurate and properly filed to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

You will coordinate with supervisors and teams, prepare operational reports, and handle invoicing and stock movement records. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse administration, documentation and data entry.
• Prepare, update and maintain warehouse records, reports and filing systems.
• Process delivery orders (DO), invoices, stock movement records and other operational documents.
• Monitor and update inventory records and warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, operations teams and relevant departments.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, properly filed and submitted on time.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
