Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager in Pahang to lead a high-volume warehouse within a globally connected electronics manufacturing environment. The role offers full ownership of warehouse performance, team development, and continuous improvement, backed by a world-class organisation that values discipline and innovation.

You will oversee all warehouse, logistics, and shipping operations, drive KPIs such as inventory accuracy and on-time delivery, and lead automation and WMS

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, SCM, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of warehouse and logistics experience in an EMS environment.
• Experience managing international freight, customs procedures, and import/export requirements.
• Working knowledge of MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, logistics, and shipping operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Drive KPI performance across inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, and service levels.
• Lead inventory control programmes including cycle counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Champion cost optimisation initiatives across freight, storage utilisation, and operational expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, import/export controls, schedule waste management, and ISO/EHS standards.
• Lead warehouse automation, digitalisation, and WMS improvement projects.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance management.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of warehouse and logistics experience in an EMS environment

• Working knowledge of MRP systems, preferably SAP
