Tomei Consolidated Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Senior Executive to oversee daily operations, inventory accuracy, and process improvements. You will monitor stock movement, support stock counts, and drive efficiency with ISO-compliant practices.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in logistics/warehouse roles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office and warehouse systems. This is a full-time position based on-site in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in logistics/warehouse with knowledge of processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and warehouse/logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop warehouse and logistics strategies to improve workflow and processes.
• Manage daily operations including inventory, stock receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Develop KPIs and action plans to improve customer satisfaction and warehouse performance.
• Ensure ISO compliance and implement best practices in warehouse operations.
• Produce reports on inventory, performance, and operational issues.
• Handle ad-hoc duties related to warehouse and logistics.
