Job summary

NTT DATA SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced voice and collaboration systems administrator to manage Zoom Phone, Webex, Cisco Panorama, and related telephony infrastructure. You will design IVR flows, configure devices, and support QoS, security, and reporting for a global user base.

The role requires 6–10 years of hands-on experience with enterprise voice and collaboration platforms, and the ability to deliver Level 2/3 support while documenting changes and processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Zoom Phone cloud PBX and dial plan management.
• Proficiency in Webex meeting administration and device management.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Panorama video devices and provisioning.
• IVR design and integration with business applications.
• Experience with BOSS telecoms billing, usage reporting and cost allocation.
• Ability to integrate and manage third-party AV and conference room hardware.
• QoS monitoring and call quality troubleshooting across voice/video.
• Knowledge of cloud security and access governance for collaboration platforms.
• Ability to perform performance trend analysis and capacity reporting.
• VoIP troubleshooting including SIP and end-to-end path diagnostics.
• MacD lifecycle management for voice users (moves/adds/changes/deletes).
• Meeting room provisioning, scheduling and device management.

Responsibilities

• Administer Zoom Phone including dial plans, IVR flows and provisioning.
• Manage Webex cloud conferencing and webinar configurations.
• Provision Cisco Panorama devices and conference room endpoints.
• Design and maintain IVR call flows and integrations.
• Manage BOSS billing — cost allocation and usage reporting.
• Integrate third-party AV systems and conference room hardware.
• Handle MacD lifecycle for voice users and access rights.
• Monitor voice/video QoS and resolve call quality degradations.
• Ensure cloud security and access controls for collaboration platforms.
• Produce performance and capacity reports for voice services.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents and requests.
• Maintain configuration docs and change records.
