NTT DATA is seeking a senior voice and collaboration engineer to administer Zoom Phone, Webex cloud conferencing, and Cisco Panorama devices. You will design IVR flows, manage billing and device lifecycle, and provide Level 2/3 support for incidents.

The role emphasizes QoS monitoring, security governance, and cross‑team collaboration. Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years of experience, proven expertise in telephony systems, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality voice and video

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in voice and collaboration environments.
• Strong hands-on skills with cloud telephony and on-premise integration.
• Experience configuring and maintaining conferencing platforms (Zoom Phone, Webex).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer Zoom Phone — dial plans, call routing, IVR flows, meeting rooms and user provisioning
• Manage Webex cloud conferencing — meeting room administration, webinar configuration and device lifecycle
• Provision and manage Cisco Panorama video conferencing devices and conference room endpoints
• Design and maintain IVR call flows and telephony integrations with business systems
• Manage BOSS billing system — cost allocation, usage reporting and departmental charge-back
• Integrate and support third-party AV systems, conference room equipment and peripheral devices
• Manage MacD lifecycle — moves, additions, changes and deletions for all voice and collaboration users
• Monitor voice and video QoS; investigate and resolve call quality degradation issues
• Manage cloud security and access control for all collaboration platforms
• Produce performance trend analysis and capacity reports for voice and collaboration services
• Provide Level 2/3 support for all voice and collaboration incidents and service requests
• Maintain configuration documentation and change records for all voice and collaboration systems

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Zoom Phone — cloud PBX administration, dial plan management, call routing and IVR configuration
• Meeting room management — conference room system provisioning, scheduling and device management
• Webex cloud conferencing — meeting administration, webinar setup and participant management
• Cisco Panorama — video conferencing device provisioning, management and monitoring
• IVR and telephony integration — call flow design, IVR scripting and integration with business applications
• BOSS system and billing — telecoms billing management, usage reporting and cost allocation
• Third-party device integration — AV equipment, conference room hardware and peripheral management
• MacD Manager System — move, add, change and delete lifecycle management for voice users
• QoS monitoring — voice and video quality monitoring, jitter, latency and packet loss analysis
• Cloud security and access control — user access governance and platform security management
• Performance trend analysis — call quality trending, capacity analysis and service reporting
• VoIP troubleshooting — SIP protocol, end-to-end path diagnostics and call quality resolution
