Job summary

Jbsfamily in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Engineer focused on messaging and collaboration infrastructure to support global voice, video and conferencing platforms including MS Teams, Zoom and SIP-based services. Qualifications

• 5+ years in unified communications/messaging and collaboration infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams infrastructure.
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Zoom, Teams, Cisco, Meet.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support the organisation's global voice, video and messaging infrastructure (MS Teams, Zoom, VOIP, SIP).
• Integrate with SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
• Configure phones and audio within MS Teams Admin Centre or Microsoft 365 portal.
• Support and configure PBX, IPPBX/SIP Server and SIP Trunk.
• Address users' collaboration issues using ServiceNow and Jira tracking.
• Document and maintain Office AV standards and procedures.
• Configure AV standards and conference room spaces.
• Physically install AV and conference equipment to meet global standards.
• Ensure ITIL-aligned incident and change management procedures.

Job Summary:

We're partnering with our Client, one of the prestigious companies located in KL to hire a Unified Communications (UC) Engineer specialising in messaging and collaboration infrastructure

• Configure and support the organisation's global voice, video and messaging infrastructure includes MS Teams, Zoom, VOIP, SIP, projector, video conferencing tools, projector, etc
• Integration with Sharepoint, OneDrive and Outlook
• Configure phones and audio within MS Teams Admin Centre or Microsoft365 portal
• Support and configure PBX, IPPBX/SIP Server and SIP Trunk
• Address users' Collaboration and Communication issues log via ServiceNow and JIRA tracking
• Document and maintain Office AV standards and procedures
• Configure AV standards and conference room spaces
• Physically install AV and conference equipment to support global standards
• Ensure compliance with incident and change management procedures and standards to ITIL standards
• Troubleshoot complex incidents, modify or establish Voice services in support of the mission

Requirements:

• Min of 5 years in unified communications (UC)/messaging and collaboration infrastructure
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Teams infrastructure
• Experience with Cisco technologies are highly advantageous
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Zoom, Teams, Cisco, Meet
• Proficiency in Conference room configuration
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Excellent communications skills
