Job summary

NTT DATA SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced voice and collaboration systems administrator to manage Zoom Phone, Webex, Cisco Panorama, and related telephony infrastructure. You will design IVR flows, configure devices, and support QoS, security, and reporting for a global user base.

The role requires 6–10 years of hands-on experience with enterprise voice and collaboration platforms, and the ability to deliver Level 2/3 support while documenting changes and processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Zoom Phone cloud PBX and dial plan management.
• Proficiency in Webex meeting administration and device management.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Panorama video devices and provisioning.
• IVR design and integration with business applications.
• Experience with BOSS telecoms billing, usage reporting and cost allocation.
• Ability to integrate and manage third-party AV and conference room hardware.
• QoS monitoring and call quality troubleshooting across voice/video.
• Knowledge of cloud security and access governance for collaboration platforms.
• Ability to perform performance trend analysis and capacity reporting.
• VoIP troubleshooting including SIP and end-to-end path diagnostics.
• MacD lifecycle management for voice users (moves/adds/changes/deletes).
• Meeting room provisioning, scheduling and device management.

• Ensure cloud security and access controls for collaboration platforms.
• Produce performance and capacity reports for voice services.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents and requests.
• Maintain configuration docs and change records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer Zoom Phone — dial plans, call routing, IVR flows, meeting rooms and user provisioning
• Manage Webex cloud conferencing — meeting room administration, webinar configuration and device lifecycle

• Manage MacD lifecycle — moves, additions, changes and deletions for all voice and collaboration users
• Monitor voice and video QoS; investigate and resolve call quality degradation issues
• Manage cloud security and access control for all collaboration platforms
• Produce performance trend analysis and capacity reports for voice and collaboration services
• Provide Level 2/3 support for all voice and collaboration incidents and service requests
• Maintain configuration documentation and change records for all voice and collaboration systems

• BOSS system and billing — telecoms billing management, usage reporting and cost allocation
• Third-party device integration — AV equipment, conference room hardware and peripheral management
• MacD Manager System — move, add, change and delete lifecycle management for voice users
• QoS monitoring — voice and video quality monitoring, jitter, latency and packet loss analysis
• Cloud security and access control — user access governance and platform security management
• Performance trend analysis — call quality trending, capacity analysis and service reporting
• VoIP troubleshooting — SIP protocol, end-to-end path diagnostics and call quality resolution
• At least 6 to 10 years of experience
