NTT DATA is looking for an experienced voice and collaboration systems professional in Malaysia to administer Zoom Phone, manage Webex cloud conferencing, and provision Cisco Panorama devices. You will design IVR flows, monitor QoS and support voice services across the organization.

The role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on telephony, cloud security, and cross‑platform integration within enterprise environments. On-site work in Petaling Jaya is expected.

• Performance trend analysis and service reporting
• VoIP troubleshooting and SIP diagnostics

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Zoom Phone — dial plans, call routing, IVR flows, meeting rooms and user provisioning
• Manage Webex cloud conferencing — meeting room administration, webinar configuration and device lifecycle
• Provision and manage Cisco Panorama video conferencing devices and conference room endpoints
• Design and maintain IVR call flows and telephony integrations with business systems
• Manage BOSS billing system — cost allocation, usage reporting and departmental charge-back
• Integrate and support third‑party AV systems, conference room equipment and peripheral devices
• Manage MacD lifecycle — moves, additions, changes and deletions for all voice and collaboration users
• Monitor voice and video QoS; investigate and resolve call quality degradation issues
• Manage cloud security and access control for all collaboration platforms
• Produce performance trend analysis and capacity reports for voice and collaboration services
• Provide Level 2/3 support for all voice and collaboration incidents and service requests
• Maintain configuration documentation and change records for all voice and collaboration systems

• Performance trend analysis — call quality trending, capacity analysis and service reporting
• VoIP troubleshooting — SIP protocol, end‑to‑end path diagnostics and call quality resolution
• At least 6 to 10 years of experience
