Alliance Bank is seeking a Senior Unit Sales Manager, Personal Loan in Malaysia. You will lead a team responsible for the sales and management of unsecured Personal Loan products, ensuring targets are met through strategic direction and coaching.

You will recruit, train, and monitor staff, drive acquisition, and implement consultative selling to grow market share while maintaining compliance and delivering service excellence to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in personal loan sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor a Personal Loan team with strategic sales leadership for unsecured products.
• Develop acquisition strategies to market the bank’s unsecured products.
• Recruit Personal Loan staff, set sales targets, monitor daily sales, and train on products and skills.
• Deliver consultative selling to identify and recommend Alliance Bank products meeting customer needs.

• Lead and monitor a team of Personal Loan Team by providing strategic sales leadership in sales management of unsecured products.
• Provide Acquisition Strategies to successfully market the Bank’s Unsecured products
• Responsible for the Personal Loan Sales Staff recruitment, sales target setting, daily sales monitoring, product and sales skill training. Assist in regular retooling, handholding session to ensure the Personal Loan Specialist are up to the mark to provide professional services to the bank customers.
• Executes a consultative selling process which involves identifying and recommending Alliance Bank products to meet customers’ financial needs
• Actively source for secured businesses and achieve sales target/standard of performance for Personal Loan Related products.
• Drive service excellence culture and ensure customer satisfaction level for the channel.
• Contribute to Brand Awareness and Service Quality
• To ensure cost of acquisition aligned with Bank’s Direction.
