Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad invites dynamic sales professionals to join our unsecured loan drive across Malaysia. You will aggressively source and book new loans, meet monthly targets, and develop strong relationships with customers to grow our unsecured personal loan portfolio.

Candidate will participate in roadshows, promote bank products overall, uphold service standards, and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines while delivering professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.
• Meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.
• Attend road shows and etc when required.
• To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products.
• Cross selling other banking products, when required.
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
• Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times.
• Comply with bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
• To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
