Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in functional testing in retail banking domain.
• Knowledge in retail banking operations, products and services.
• Experience in testing banking channels such as self-service banking, mobile banking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Practical knowledge on automation testing tools is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and manage user acceptance testing for retail banking applications.
• Understand user requirements, review functional specifications and plan testing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Manage end-to-end testing, ensure quality, document defects and track progress.
• Support business/operations users in readiness, pilot runs and post-implementation review.
• Develop system functionality and user training materials, target operating model and other docs.
• Provide input on production issues and customer complaints via helpdesk.
• Participate in country and group projects as assigned.
• Identify and initiate improvements in test processes and execution.
• Ensure application parameters are set with proper control.
• Train new hires/existing staff on UAT management and production support.
• Assist in coordinating disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
