Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Test Lead/Manager to drive quality across digital banking projects. You will lead a 20+ person testing team across locations, shaping test strategy, planning and execution for SIT, UAT, and E2E testing.

You will review requirements, coordinate with business and development teams, manage defect lifecycles, and ensure release readiness with thorough reporting. Strong banking domain experience and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 13–15 years as Test Lead/Manager in digital banking.
• Led teams of 20+ across multiple locations.
• Expert in SIT, UAT, Regression and E2E testing.
• Expert in defect lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile, Jira and Xray.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong Banking and Financial Services domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, strategies and estimations.
• Review requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage end-to-end SIT and UAT execution and reporting.
• Oversee test case design and execution.
• Lead defect triage meetings and RCA discussions.
• Track testing progress, quality metrics and risks.
• Coordinate with Business, Product Owners, Development and UAT teams.
• Ensure release readiness and quality sign-off.
• Support governance meetings and status reporting.
• Preferred domains: Retail Banking, Payments, Lending, Wealth.
