Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
15+ years of experience in software testing and QA with at least 5 years in leadership managing large-scale testing programs.
Proven track record in financial services, specifically core banking and cards systems.
Experience managing multiple test managers and teams of 20+ resources across complex programs.
Strong budget, vendor management, and performance management expertise.
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, test automation frameworks, and enterprise testing tools.

Responsibilities

Domain-level test management and governance across quarterly releases and L3 support.
Stakeholder reporting and communication to senior management on test status and risk posture.
Budget and resource management for the testing domain; optimize utilization.
Risk and interdependency management across cross-application testing.
Drive standardization of processes and tooling, aligning with DMA and QA standards.
