Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years in software testing and QA, with at least 5 years in leadership overseeing large programs.
• Financial services experience focused on core banking and cards systems.
• Experience leading multiple test managers and teams of 20+ resources.
• Strong budget, vendor, and performance management expertise.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall, test automation frameworks, and enterprise-level testing tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Domain-wide test strategy and governance for functional testing, automation, and release readiness.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on test status, risk posture, and quality to senior management.
• Manage domain-level test budget and allocate shared resources across projects.
• Identify and manage cross-application/testing risks and dependencies across domains.
• Standardize processes and tooling in line with delivery management standards.
