Qualifications

• Lead, coordinate and manage user acceptance testing for retail banking applications.
• Review functional requirements from end user perspective and plan testing strategies.
• Develop test scenarios and test cases to ensure adequate coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end testing with quality verification, defect reporting and issue resolution.
• Provide production support and assist in post-implementation activities.
• Develop system functionality guides and user training materials.
