Job summary

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a results-driven professional to join our Transaction Banking Implementation & Client Services team in Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end delivery of transaction banking solutions, working with clients to tailor API, H2H, and SWIFT components while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project outcomes.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years in transaction banking, with strong communication and multi-project

Qualifications

Degree in business, finance, or computer science or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in transaction banking, implementation, or related field.
Strong communication and project-management capability; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Manage implementation of transaction banking solutions for clients with timely delivery.
Collaborate with clients to understand needs and design tailored solutions.
Coordinate with sales, product, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to meet client requirements.
Provide training and ongoing support to clients on new solutions.
