OCBC is seeking a seasoned Executive in Malaysia to lead a team of Commercial Banking Relationship Managers. The role focuses on acquiring new-to-bank clients and delivering tailored financial solutions across lending, treasury, trade finance, and cash management, while driving targets and ensuring policy compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in business or finance with at least 10 years in SME/commercial banking and 3+ years in leadership, strong leadership and communication

Qualificações

• A degree holder in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
• At least 10 years of working experience in SME/commercial banking and at least 3 years of leadership experience managing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit new-to-bank clients to generate business opportunities across lending, treasury, trade finance and cash management products.
• Lead a team of Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and productivity goals.
• Manage team performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including risk managers, product specialists to develop tailored solutions for our clients.
• Ensure compliance to the Bank’s policies and guidelines.
