Qualifications

• A degree in business, finance or computer science.
• At least 3 years' experience in transaction banking or related field.
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Experience with API, H2H or SWIFT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of transaction banking solutions for clients, ensuring timely and smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Provide training and support to clients on new solutions and services.
