Job summary

SiTime Corporation in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a Test Integration Engineer to lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for our most complex products. You will drive the technical strategy for quality validation from early NPI builds to high-volume manufacturing, balancing risks, schedule, and cost to ensure successful timing solutions.

The role requires 3+ years (Junior) or 8+ years (Senior) in program or project leadership, with knowledge of MS Project, Jira, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EEE, ECE, or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 3 years for Test Integration Engineer (Junior) or 8+ years for Senior role.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Jira, Power BI).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-management capabilities.
• English proficiency for professional business communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program schedules with milestones and risks.
• Serve as primary interface across Test Engineering, NPI, Operations, OSAT, and vendors.
• Communicate clear expectations with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resource constraints and critical paths.
• Address technical bottlenecks such as hardware dependencies.
• Lead regular program reviews and stakeholder forums for quality.
• Own planning and delivery of complex NPI programs from early builds to HVM.
• Balance schedule, cost, quality, and risk to meet launches.
• Support additional programs and strategic initiatives as needed.
• Plan and manage activities on Engineering Tester setups.
