Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Principal Test Development Engineer in Ipoh to lead the development of test solutions for MEMS timing devices. You will define ATE test hardware/software, work across Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, and guide NPI test methodologies from kickoff to production.

You will manage board-level hardware design, algorithm development, software implementation, and validation on standard ATE platforms, while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Excellent programming skills with C++.

Responsibilities

Define the ATE test flow and test plan for new products.
Engage with design team on Design for Test (DFT) features.
Develop, validate, and release production test software for Teradyne Eagle Test Systems (ETS-88).
Provide inputs in development of test hardware from block diagram to verification.
Support NPI activities with test methodologies and qualification plans.
Lead test program debugging, optimization and correlation activities.
Improve test coverage and manufacturability for high-volume production.
Lead release-to-production activities and support for high-volume production.
