SiTime, a leader in MEMS timing, seeks a Test Integration Engineer to drive end-to-end testing life cycle for complex products. You will own program schedules, align cross-functional teams, and manage risks from NPI builds through high-volume manufacturing, balancing cost, schedule and quality to ensure successful product launches.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years (Junior) or 8+ years (Senior) in program leadership, strong PM tool experience (MS Project, Jira, Power BI) and hands-on exposure to

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in EEE, ECE, or equivalent technical experience.
• 3+ years leading test/integration programs (Junior) or 8+ years (Senior).
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI; strong PM practices.
• Experience on two or more ATE platforms (Advantest/J750/uFlex/ETS-88).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and manufacturing.
• Self-motivated with broad technical foundation and multi-disciplinary work ability.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management and communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end program schedules with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Interface across Test Eng, NPI, Operations, OSAT and vendors.
• Set expectations and communicate with cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Identify risks, resource constraints and critical paths to protect delivery.
• Mitigate technical bottlenecks early, e.g., hardware dependencies.
• Lead regular reviews and stakeholder forums to ensure quality milestones.
• Be the sole owner of planning, execution and delivery of complex NPI-to-HVM programs.
• Balance schedule, cost, quality and risk to meet launches.
• Support additional programs and evolving business needs.
• Plan and manage activities on Engineering Tester setups.
