Job summary

SiTime Corp in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking an Associate Test Development Engineer to support the validation and deployment of production test solutions for ETS88 and oven-based trimming systems.

You will work with manufacturing, equipment, OSATs, and cross‑functional teams to deliver stable and robust test solutions, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement across production lines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years in semiconductor test/manufacturing/automation or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Validate and release production test programs for Eagle ETS88 and oven-based trimming systems.
• Develop test programs for NPI, correlation, yield monitoring and production release.
• Perform test program verification and optimization activities.
• Collaborate with OSAT partners and cross-functional teams on test strategy and deployments.
• Analyze test and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support yield improvement, test optimization and root cause investigations.
