Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a Sr. Test Development Engineer to design ATE test hardware and software for precision timing devices. You will drive test methodology, support NPI, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 4+ years in ATE development, experience with Teradyne ETS platforms, and strong C++ skills. You will improve test coverage and ensure reliability in high-volume production.

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
At least four years of related work experience.
Background in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs; hands-on with ATE platforms preferred (Teradyne ETS-364/ETS-88/UltraFLEX).
Knowledge of analog electronics; board-level troubleshooting and debugging experience.
Experience with lab instrumentation and metrology systems is a plus.
Excellent programming skills, especially in C++.

Responsibilities

Define ATE test flow and test plan for new products.
Collaborate with design team on DFT features.
Develop, validate, and release production test software for ATE platforms.
Contribute to test hardware design and validation.
Support NPI activities with test methodologies and qualification plans.
Improve test coverage, test time efficiency, and manufacturability for high-volume production.
Lead release-to-production activities.
