Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a Sustaining Test Engineer to own maintenance, enhancement, and release of production test programs for Trimming Ovens and ATE.

You will lead test program buy-off, qualification, and data-driven optimization across production lines. You will develop automated data collection and analysis tools using Python, MATLAB, or C++, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield, reliability, and test efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Electromechanical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on Production Support experience.
• Strong report generation and clear communication skills.
• MATLAB and Python scripting knowledge; debugging.
• Oven and ATE equipment experience (ETS88, Ultra Flex, ETS800, ETS364).
• HW and DUT board background.
• Familiar with data analysis tools such as Galaxy, Exensio, JMP.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and release test programs for Trimming Oven and ATE systems.
• Drive test coverage optimization and reduce test time for high-volume production.
• Lead hardware, equipment, and system qualification and production release.
• Validate changes and document configurations with minimal production risk.
• Develop automated data collection and analysis tools using Python, MATLAB, or C++.
• Build dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with OSAT, manufacturing, design, and quality teams on improvements.
