Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Malaysia is seeking a Test Development Engineer to develop, validate, and deploy production test solutions for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and oven-based trimming/calibration systems.

You will work closely with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support new product introduction (NPI), test program development, hardware bring-up, and data analytics initiatives to ensure robust manufacturing test solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer/ Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor test, automation, manufacturing engineering, or related technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and release production test programs for Eagle Test Systems (ETS88) and oven-based trimming/calibration systems.
• Support NPI activities by developing test methodologies and characterization plans.
• Participate in test program debugging, optimization, and correlation activities.
• Improve test coverage, test time efficiency, and manufacturability for high-volume production.
• Assist in design, validation, and qualification of DUT boards and interface hardware.
• Support hardware bring-up, system integration, and debugging.
• Conduct tester-to-tester and site-to-site correlation studies.
