SiTime Corp. is seeking a Principal Test Development Engineer to lead test solution development for precision timing devices.

You will define ATE test flows, collaborate with Design for Test, and develop test software for mixed-signal platforms such as Teradyne ETS-88/364 and UltraFLEX, from initial kickoff through high-volume production. You will work on hardware and software solutions, perform validation across custom and standard ATE, and mentor junior engineers while driving test efficiency

Formación

• Minimum of a BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of related work experience as an individual contributor focusing on key technical areas.
• Background in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs, including hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne's ETS-364, ETS-88, or UltraFLEX is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of analog electronics and experience with board-level troubleshooting and debugging.
• Experience in statistical analysis of test data.
• Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation; prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required.
• Excellent programming skills and prior experience with C++.

Responsabilidades

• Define the ATE test flow and test plan for new products.
• Engage with design team on Design for Test (DFT) features.
• Develop, validate, and release production test software for standard mixed-signal ATE platforms such as Teradyne Eagle Test Systems (ETS-88).
• Provide inputs in the development of test hardware from block diagram definition and schematic drafting.
• Support NPI activities by developing test methodologies and qualification or characterization plans.
• Participate in test program debugging, optimization, and correlation activities.
• Improve test coverage and test time efficiency for high-volume production.
• Lead release-to-production activities, including support for high-volume production.
