Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a vendor management professional to oversee terminal deployment, maintenance and stock movements, coordinating closely with terminal vendors to ensure timely operations.

You will reconcile stock, verify vendor reports, review performance, and collaborate with IT, Compliance and Risk teams to resolve issues and drive cost-saving measures across the merchant terminals.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with Terminal Vendors to manage deployment, retrieval, maintenance and stock movement.
• Reconcile terminal stock with vendors to maintain accurate month-end records.
• Verify closing reports and billing files from vendors for correct payouts.
• Review vendor performance and prepare management scorecards.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Risk and internal teams to resolve issues and minimize disruption.
• Identify inactive merchant bases and coordinate terminations to enable cost savings.
• Provide monthly cost-saving updates to the Finance department.
• Review and update SOPs and department notices to reflect changes.
• Provide RCSA samples to Compliance and support ad-hoc projects.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end vendor management ensuring adherence to internal policies, SLAs and regulatory requirements.
