Hong Leong Bank is seeking an IT Contract Management Manager to lead the IT sourcing and procurement function. You will drive end-to-end contracting, vendor management, and cost optimisation across the bank's IT spend.

You will report to the Section Head, IT Sourcing & Procurement, and lead a team to deliver governance, risk management, and value for money while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial sourcing/procurement role.
• At least 3 years in IT procurement or IT contracting.
• Strong cost-saving track record and TCO analysis.
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with spend analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop stakeholder and vendor relationships to meet IT needs.
• Drive cost-management via contract renegotiation and vendor consolidation.
• Evaluate TCO from deployment to decommissioning to curb spend.
• Benchmark pricing and negotiate flexible terms, including right-to-reduce.
• Ensure IT contracts comply with regulatory guidelines (BNM/RMiT).
