Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a motivated Merchant Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment of new merchants and expand sales within the existing portfolio. You will establish strong relationships with merchants and deliver merchant services to grow usage of HLB terminals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities, perform evaluations and financial analyses, and respond to merchant inquiries related to payments and terminals, ensuring targets are met.

• Handle merchant inquiries and resolve problems related to payments, terminals, and terminal integration.
